USJR RFMP Phase 2 Workshop, February 15, 2017

The Upper San Joaquin River Region Regional Flood Management Plan (USJR RFMP) was formed to represent local interests and advocate for flood management improvements in the region. The Upper San Joaquin Region is led by the Lower San Joaquin Levee District.

The USJR RFMP is currently participating in the development of the 2027 Central Valley Flood Protection Plan (CVFPP).

The Dam Safety and Climate Resilience (DSCR) Local Assistance Grant Program is expected to open in September 2026 for a 60-day period.
