About Us
The San Joaquin River Flood Control Project Agency is a joint powers authority formed to lead the Regional Flood Management Plan (RFMP) and represent local interests. The Agency is composed of the Lower San Joaquin Levee District and the San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Water Authority, with auditor/controller services provided by Merced County.
Latest Update
On April 17, 2024, USJR RFMP hosted a stakeholder workshop at Henry Miller Reclamation District. To view the presentation and meeting notes, please visit Meetings.
On December 16, 2022, the Central Valley Flood Protection Board adopted the 2022 Central Valley Flood Protection Plan (CVFPP) Update. The final plan, comment logs, and errata are available on DWR's website.

The USJR RFMP schedule has been updated to reflect the change in the workshop schedule. There is no workshop in July. The next workshop is on August 21st on Land Use and Environment.
