Application Period Now Open for Small Communities Flood Risk Reduction Program

The California Department of Water Resources has commenced the 45-day application period for Phase I of the Small Communities Flood Risk Reduction (SCFRR) Program. Eligible communities must submit an application no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 2.

All applications must be consistent with the final SCFRR Guidelines and Project Solicitation Package.  Both documents can be found online here.
