Governor’s Executive Order N-10-23

Posted by Administrator in Documents

The Governor signed Executive Order (EO) N-10-23 on August 4, 2023. To prepare for the next wet season and recover from the 2022-23 winter storms, the EO streamlines levee repairs and debris removal by suspending certain laws and regulations (for example, CDFW lake and streambed alteration regulations).

Please note, the EO requires that all activities are completed by November 1, 2023.
