About Us
The San Joaquin River Flood Control Project Agency is a joint powers authority formed to lead the Regional Flood Management Plan (RFMP) and represent local interests. The Agency is composed of the Lower San Joaquin Levee District and the San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Water Authority, with auditor/controller services provided by Merced County.
Latest Update

On December 16, 2022, the Central Valley Flood Protection Board adopted the 2022 Central Valley Flood Protection Plan (CVFPP) Update. The final plan, comment logs, and errata are available on DWR's website.

Coordination & Collaboration Plan Update

USJR RFMP has released the Coordination & Collaboration (C&C) Plan Update for Phase 3. This plan update outlines the RFMP’s plans and procedures for conducting outreach and engagement through the end of the Phase 3 contract.
